Responsibilities:
- Support freight forwarding and shipment coordination
- Assist with import and export documentation
- Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients
- Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines
- Help resolve operational issues when needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with import/export processes is an advantage
